We're seeking to create a new educational resource to help men with prostate cancer better understand and manage changes in sexual health, erections, desire, and intimacy before, during, and after treatment.

This brief survey asks about your experiences, concerns, what you wish you had known, and your thoughts on the type of information you would like to know before, during, and after treatment. Your answers are anonymous and will be used to design a patient educational resource that actually fits your needs.
